Prior to joining The Palmer Advantage, Roshni was the managing director of Interim HR Professionals, a $10M + profitable business providing human resource services nationwide. In addition, Roshni has over 18 years of results-driven leadership and management experience in human resources functions in high technology start-up companies and large established global corporations including Faraday Electronics, Western Digital and Philips Electronics. Her experience also includes active involvement in a number of high tech mergers and acquisitions.

Roshni holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics degree from St. Patrick’s College in Karachi, Pakistan.
