Our retained fee for a search is 1/3 of first year annual compensation.
What is The Palmer Promise?
The Palmer Advantage stands behind our search services. If the candidate you select resigns in the first six months of employment, we will re-present a slate of qualified candidates for your consideration at no additional cost to you. If the candidate resigns after six months but before the first anniversary of their employment, we will re-commence the search for a reduced fee.
