Jeanne Palmer is the Founder and President of The Palmer Advantage.  Prior to founding The Palmer Advantage, Inc., in 1999, her background included a unique combination of Human Resources Management experience and business expertise. After having spent nearly twenty years of her career in Human Resource Management positions in Fortune 500 and start-up high technology companies, in 1993 Ms. Palmer founded Advantage Human Resources, a Silicon Valley human resources consulting organization, which she grew and managed into a $12 Million+ profitable business.  Subsequent to being acquired by Interim Services, Inc., a fortune 500 corporation, Ms. Palmer continued to manage the west coast business while supporting Interim's efforts to develop the business nationwide. Three years later, there were Interim® HR Solutions offices in San Jose, San Francisco, Research Triangle Park, Dallas, St. Louis, Minneapolis and Fort Lauderdale.

Ms. Palmer has a B.S. degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. In addition, Ms. Palmer is the Management Coordinator for the University of California-Santa Cruz Extension Human Resources Management Certificate Programs and a technical instructor for Compensation Management as well as a number of other courses.  She also has served as an officer on the Board of Directors of The Adult & Child Guidance Center, a $3 Million non-profit mental health provider. She is currently an officer of HR, Inc., an organization dedicated to the education and betterment of the human resources profession by funding scholarships for students majoring in the field  ProjectHIRED, an organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities, finding meaningful, competitive employment. Ms. Palmer is also an Advisory Board member of Unicru Corporation and San Jose State University Human Resources Degree Program.
