Darlene McNeil is a Search Consultant at The Palmer Advantage. She has more than twenty years of experience with several businesses within the General
Electric Company. The last five years were focused on business process reengineering, digitization and outsourcing for Finance and Human Resources.
She has successfully completed searches for a variety of positions from Business Partners to Vice Presidents in the human resources arena. Clients have included Agere, Align Technologies, JDS Uniphase, Nvidia, Renesas,
Verisign , and Visto.
Darlene has a B.A. in English and Psychology from San JoseStateUniversity
